About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join Tweezr’s core engineering team. You’ll design and build scalable backend systems, power our core code analysis engine, and collaborate with product and AI teams to bring innovation into some of the most complex banking and mainframe environments.
What you bring
• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or similar.
• Expertise in databases and distributed architectures.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design, clean coding, and software engineering concepts.
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience.
Nice to have
• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes/serverless (Lambda).
• Background in big data pipelines or ML apps.
• Fintech or enterprise software experience.
• Experience with on-premise deployment.
